For the first time in nearly ten years, the Carnegie Library-West End will be open Monday-Saturday. The library, which has never been open on Fridays and began closing on Mondays in 2003, has recently extended its hours thanks to extra funding. On Monday, February 20, the West End library celebrated the new hours by offering cookies, coffee, and Kool-Aid to guests.
